Pork Share Deposit - Quarter (August Delivery)

This is a deposit for 1/4 pork share. The final price will depend on the hanging weight of the pork when sent to the butcher. We charge $5.75 per lb for hanging weight, including cut, wrap and delivery to your doorstep. We will contact you to discuss your cut & wrap options upon receipt of your deposit. You are billed for the final amount upon pickup or delivery. A quarter pork share typically runs around $300 (minus your deposit).

• 3-4lb Shoulder Roast
• 6-8lb Rib or Loin chops
• 2lb Spare Ribs
• ~4lb Bacon
• 3lb Ham or Ham Steaks
• 9 lbs Sausage (spicy or regular) or Ground Pork
• 1 Smoked Ham Hock (~2lb)
